BEN BRUNT
Managing Principal & Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Brunt is a managing principal and chief investment officer responsible for leading a team of investment professionals to accomplish Noble’s strategic acquisition and development goals. This involves the sourcing and underwriting of all new investments encompassing individual asset and portfolio acquisitions, land and new development opportunities, market and investment analysis, and brand positioning.
Prior to joining Noble in 2005, Mr. Brunt held senior investment roles at Songy Partners and Hardin Capital. He began his career in hotels with Homestead Village, a mid-scale extended stay lodging brand founded by Security Capital Group, and has nearly 30 years of hospitality industry experience.
Mr. Brunt earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BA from Trinity College. He is a former professional violinist and spent two years as a member of the Memphis Symphony Orchestra. Mr. Brunt currently serves on the Board of Counselors for the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, the Atlanta Midtown Alliance, and the Buckhead Coalition. He is also a member of AHLA's Lodging Investment Council, AHLA's Extended Stay Committee and the Urban Land Institute.
DUSTIN FISHER
Principal & Head of Acquisitions
Mr. Fisher is a principal and head of acquisitions responsible for leading Noble’s acquisitions strategy and supporting capital deployment across the firm’s investment platform. His role includes the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of individual asset and portfolio acquisitions and advancing strategic growth initiatives.
He joined Noble in 2008 and has more than 15 years of hospitality industry experience.
Mr. Fisher earned a BS from the Wake Forest University School of Business.
DAN KONZELMANN
Vice President
Mr. Konzelmann is vice president of investments.
Prior to joining Noble in 2013, Mr. Konzelmann held investment and business development roles with Davidson Hospitality Group. He has more than 15 years of hospitality industry experience.
Mr. Konzelmann earned a BS from Cornell University. He is a member of the Americas Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS) Planning Committee, the Atlanta Hospitality Alliance, and the Georgia Chapter of the Cornell Hotel Society. He is also a member of Noble’s Volunteering Committee.
RYAN MAHER
Vice President
Mr. Maher is a vice president of investments.
Prior to joining Noble in 2022, Mr. Maher held investment roles with CHC Hotel Capital and Concord Hospitality. He has nearly 20 years of industry experience.
Mr. Maher earned a BS and MBA from North Carolina State University.
RIDGE SLATER
Senior Associate
Mr. Slater is an investment senior associate.
Prior to joining Noble in 2024, Mr. Slater held hotel real estate roles with Eastdil Secured and JLL. He has five years of industry experience.
Mr. Slater holds a BS from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and is an active member of the Cornell Hotel Society Georgia Chapter. He is a member of Noble’s Summer Analyst Committee and Fellowship Committee.
ARJUN SHAH
Senior Associate
Mr. Shah is an investment senior associate.
Prior to joining Noble in 2025, he held real estate roles with Blackstone and Wheelock Street Capital. He has five years of industry experience.
Mr. Shah earned a BS from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s in Financial Technology and Analytics from Wake Forest University. He is a member of Noble’s Summer Analyst Committee.
SAM WITNER
Associate
Mr. Witner is an investment associate.
Prior to joining Noble in 2025, Mr. Witner held investment roles with Peachtree Group. He has more than five years of industry experience.
Mr. Witner earned a BS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
MARIAH HOWARD
Coordinator
Ms. Howard is a coordinator.
Prior to joining Noble in 2022, Ms. Howard worked for The Skye Group and Steadfast Companies. She has more than 5 years of industry experience.
Ms. Howard earned a BS from Coastal Carolina University. She is a member of Noble’s Fellowship Committee and Summer Analyst Committee.
RODNEY WILLIAMS
Senior Advisor
Mr. Williams is a senior advisor and a member of the investment committee. From 2004 through 2020, Mr. Williams was a Noble principal. He was previously managing principal with Hardin Capital, a joint venture between DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners and Hardin Construction, where he led investment and asset management activities. Mr. Williams previously held senior executive roles with Coopers & Lybrand, InterContinental Hotels, and Laventhol & Horwath. He has more than 40 years of hospitality industry experience and began his career in hotel operations.
Mr. Williams earned a BA in Business and French from Rutgers University. He currently serves on the owner's advisory board for Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
JOEL EISEMANN
Senior Advisor
Mr. Eisemann is a senior advisor.
He most recently served as Chief Development Officer, Americas for IHG Hotels & Resorts before retiring in 2022 after eleven years. Under his leadership, IHG launched five new brands in the Americas and grew to approximately 5,000 hotels open and in the pipeline. Previously, Mr. Eisemann was with Marriott International for twenty-nine years as Chief Development Officer of Select-Service and Extended-Stay Brands, Chief Owner & Franchise Relations Officer, EVP of Global Asset Management, and SVP of Lodging Development in Asia Pacific.
Mr. Eisemann earned a Master of Professional Studies from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and an A.B. in Economics from Stanford University. He is a member of the AHLA Hospitality Investment Roundtable, a past member of the AHLA Board, and a past co-chairman of the AHLA HotelPAC. Mr. Eisemann is also a member of the Cornell Center for Real Estate and Finance.
