GEORGE DABNEY
Managing Principal & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dabney is a managing principal and chief financial officer responsible for institutional fund management, financial administration, and audit oversight. He leads a team responsible for internal and external reporting, treasury operations, risk management, tax, human resources, and information technology.
Prior to joining Noble in 2021, Mr. Dabney was Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Brookfield Hotel Properties (formerly known as Thayer Lodging), the hospitality platform for Brookfield, a $725 billion global alternative asset manager. He has nearly 25 years of hospitality industry experience.
Mr. Dabney earned his MBA in Financial Management from the University of Maryland, holds a BA in Accounting from Penn State University, and started his career at Ernst & Young as a CPA. He is a member of the Penn State University Philanthropy Council Steering Committee for the College of Health and Human Development. In 2019, Penn State's School of Hospitality Management honored him with their Alumni of the Year Award. He is a member of Noble’s Organizational Responsibility Committee.
VALERIE PAYNE
Vice President
Ms. Payne is vice president of treasury services.
Prior to joining Noble in 1997, Ms. Payne held senior roles at PROMUS Hotels before its acquisition by Hilton. She has nearly 40 years of hospitality industry experience.
Ms. Payne earned a BS in Business Management from Bowling Green University and is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals. She is a member of Noble’s Fellowship Committee.
JEFF PENNINGTON
Vice President
Mr. Pennington is vice president of financial planning and analysis.
Prior to joining Noble in 2008, Mr. Pennington held corporate finance roles at Delta Airlines. He has more than 15 years of industry experience.
Mr. Pennington earned a BBA from Emory University and an MBA from Georgia Tech University. He is a member of Noble’s Organizational Responsibility Committee.
JENNIFER EAGER
Vice President
Ms. Eager is vice president of fund and corporate accounting.
Prior to joining Noble in 2023, she served as Controller and interim Chief Financial Officer at Stoneweg US. She has nearly 15 years of technical accounting and reporting experience in the public and private sectors.
Ms. Eager earned a BS from the University of South Florida and a MS from the University of Southern California. She holds a CPA and a CFE license.
KATHERINE SEITZ
Compliance Officer
Ms. Seitz is the compliance officer responsible for the oversight and administration of Noble’s regulatory and compliance functions. She helps provide leadership for Noble’s organizational responsibility endeavors.
Prior to joining Noble in 2023, Ms. Seitz was corporate counsel for Carter’s, Inc. She has practiced law and served as in-house counsel focusing on real estate and corporate services for nearly twenty years.
Ms. Seitz earned her bachelor’s and juris doctor degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
KAM BATCHELOR
Director
Mr. Batchelor is director of fund and corporate accounting.
Prior to joining Noble in 2023, Mr. Batchelor held leadership roles with One10 and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has nearly 15 years of audit, tax, fund management, and REIT compliance experience in the public and private sectors.
Mr. Batchelor earned a BS and MS from the University of Florida and is a CPA.
CHRIS ASCARI
Director
Mr. Ascari is Director of Finance.
Prior to joining Noble in 2025, he served as a Senior Director within EY-Parthenon’s Transaction Real Estate group. He has nearly fifteen years of real estate finance experience and has led valuation, diligence, and strategic advisory engagements representing more than $50.0 billion in transaction volume across real estate asset classes and investor types.
Mr. Ascari earned a BBA from the University of Georgia and an MS from the University of Virginia. He is a CPA and is accredited in business valuation (ABV).
JAMES STEWART
Director
Mr. Stewart is director of Treasury.
Prior to joining Noble in 2024, Mr. Stewart held treasury management positions with Inspire Brands and Carter’s. He has more than fifteen years of financial services experience supporting accounting, finance, treasury, and investor relations functions.
Mr. Stewart earned a BS from the Georgia Tech University and an MBA from Kennesaw State University. He is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and a member of the Association of Financial Professionals. He is a member of Noble’s Volunteering Committee.
CAT NGUYEN
Director
Ms. Nguyen is Director of Accounting.
Prior to joining Noble in 2025, she served as Director of UK Accounting at Cortland and began her career with Ernst & Young.
Ms. Nguyen earned dual bachelor’s degrees from Georgia State University and is a CPA. She is a member of Noble's Summer Analyst Committee.
BRANDON ALEXANDER
Director
Mr. Alexander is Director of Tax.
Prior to joining Noble in 2026, Mr. Alexander spent nearly a decade with Koch Industries, where he led company-wide state tax positions, transactional tax impacts, and consolidated state tax reporting. He brings more than 15 years of experience across federal, state, and international tax compliance, tax accounting, audit support, and strategic tax planning. Earlier in his career, Mr. Alexander held tax leadership roles with Booz Allen Hamilton.
He earned a BS from Virginia Commonwealth University.
DAVID LESORGEN
Associate
Mr. Lesorgen is a financial planning and analysis associate.
Prior to joining Noble in 2022, Mr. Lesorgen held financial roles at CatchMark Timber Trust. He has eight years of corporate finance and financial modeling experience in the public and private real estate sectors.
Mr. Lesorgen earned a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Emory University. He is a member of Noble’s Fellowship Committee.

Ms. Titre is a coordinator.
Prior to joining Noble in 2023, Ms. Titre worked for The Goal Group Inc and The State Bar of GA. She has more than 15 years of industry experience.
