Mr. Grass is a managing principal and head of design and development responsible for leading Noble's project management team to execute renovation, redevelopment, and new construction projects.

Prior to joining Noble in 2005, Mr. Grass was executive vice president for the Winter Construction Company, where he created the hospitality division and managed all construction-related operations. He is a LEED Accredited Professional with the US Green Building Council and has more than 35 years of hospitality industry experience.

Mr. Grass earned a BS in Construction Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He currently serves as a member of Hilton’s Owner Advisory Council and is a past board member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia and the Construction Education Foundation of Georgia. He is a member of Noble’s Organizational Responsibility Committee.

Mr. Ledet is senior vice president of development.

Prior to joining Noble in 2006, Mr. Ledet was with Winter Construction. He has nearly 20 years of hospitality industry experience.

Mr. Ledet earned a BS in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a former board member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia. He is a member of Noble’s Fellowship Committee.

Mr. Bianco is vice president of design and development.

Prior to joining Noble in 2023, Mr. Bianco held leadership roles in development and project management with WaterWalk Real Estate Development and WoodSpring Hotels. He has more than 20 years of commercial construction and development experience.

Ms. Millett is senior director of design and development.

Prior to joining Noble in 2019, Ms. Millett held leadership roles in development and project management. She has more than 15 years of industry experience and nearly 20 years of development expertise.

Ms. Millett earned a BS and MBA from Cornell University. She is a member of Noble’s Organizational Responsibility Committee and Volunteering Committee.

Mr. Stauduhar is senior director of design and development.

Prior to joining Noble in 2018, Mr. Stauduhar held leadership roles in development and project management with Omni Hotels and Resorts, CBRE, Marriott Vacation Club, and Beck. He has more than 30 years of commercial construction and development experience.

Mr. Stauduhar earned a BS from Iowa State University.

Mr. Berry is a senior director of design and development.

Prior to joining Noble in 2022, Mr. Berry held roles with LM Consultants and Lighthouse Consulting Group. He has more than five years of design and commercial construction experience.

Mr. Berry earned a BS from the University of Miami. He is a registered architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects. He is a member of Noble’s Fellowship Committee and Summer Analyst Committee.

Will Chappell is senior director of design and development.

Prior to joining Noble in 2024, Mr. Chappell worked for Toll Brothers Apartment Living, Wood Partners, Bovis Lend Lease, and other local Atlanta general contracting firms. He has more than 35 years of commercial construction and development experience.

Mr. Chappell earned a BS from Auburn University. He holds an active general contractor’s license for the State of Georgia, is a LEED Accredited Professional with the U.S. Green Building Council, and is a past board member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia.

Mr. Womack is senior director of design and development.

Prior to rejoining Noble in 2026, Mr. Womack served as senior vice president of design and construction at Loews Hotels & Co. and chief development officer at Terra Bridge Innovations in Technology. He has more than two decades of hospitality development and commercial construction experience.

Mr. Womack earned a BS from Georgia Tech University.

Mr. Lovelace is a director of design and development.

Prior to joining Noble in 2024, Mr. Lovelace held project management roles with Prestwick and Alliance Residential Company. He has more than five years of industry experience.

Mr. Lovelace earned a BS from the University of Mississippi.

Ms. Payne is a development manager.

She joined Noble in 2012 and has more than ten years of industry experience.

Ms. Payne earned a BBA from Georgia Southwestern University, an MBA from Louisiana State University-Shreveport, and has a certificate in construction project management from Kennesaw State University. She is a member of Noble’s Organizational Responsibility Committee.

Mr. Worrell is Pre-Development Manager of Design and Development.

Prior to joining Noble, he held investment management positions in pre-development, construction management, and investment analysis at HC Government Realty Trust and Rooker Properties.  

Mr. Worrell earned a BS from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Breyana Slay is a contract administrator and project accountant.

Prior to joining Noble in 2024, she held position at Pattillo Construction and Oldcastle Infrastructure and has more than five years of project management and commercial construction experience.  

Ms. Slay earned a BA from the Art Institute of Atlanta. She is a member of Noble’s Fellowship Committee.
