Mr. Bhoopathy is a managing principal and head of capital markets, technology, and innovation. He is responsible for debt relationships, asset dispositions, and transaction management, and leads contract documentation and closings related to new acquisitions, development, and financing across the portfolio. In addition, he oversees Noble’s enterprise data, technology, and artificial intelligence strategy, connecting insights across the investment lifecycle to strengthen decision-making and portfolio performance.

Mr. Bhoopathy has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has participated in more than $6 billion worth of real estate transactions for the Noble organization since joining the firm in 1999. He became a partner in 2006 and is a regular panelist at conferences on lodging, investment, and financing.

Mr. Bhoopathy earned a BS from Cornell University's School of Hospitality and is a past president of the Cornell Georgia Chapter and the Atlanta Hospitality Alliance. He is also a member of the Atlanta Capital Markets Council for the Urban Land Institute and the Governing Board of Woodward Academy. He is a member of Noble’s Fellowship Committee.

Emily Feeney is vice president of capital markets and transactions.

Prior to joining Noble in 2019, she held leadership roles at Hodges Ward Elliott and Bennett Hospitality. She has more than ten years of industry experience.

Ms. Feeney earned a BS from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the College of Charleston. She is a board member of the Atlanta Hospitality Alliance and is a member of Noble’s Organizational Responsibility Committee.

Mr. Noland is director of capital markets.

Prior to joining Noble in 2026, Mr. Noland held previous roles at Peachtree Group, JLL, Truist Securities, and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. He has more than ten years of experience across capital markets, investment banking, and asset management.

Mr. Noland earned a BS from Clemson University.

Mr. Anand is a capital markets senior analyst.

Prior to joining Noble in 2023, Mr. Anand was a summer analyst with the firm. Mr. Anand earned a BS from Emory University and is a member of Noble’s Summer Analyst Committee.

Ms. Senat is an Executive Assistant for Capital Markets and Investments.

Prior to joining Noble in 2026, Ms. Senat worked for Hyman, Inc. and Greif, Inc. She has more than ten years of industry experience.

She is a member of Noble’s Fellowship Committee.
