STEVEN NICHOLAS
Managing Principal & Head of Asset Management
Mr. Nicholas is a managing principal and head of asset management responsible for leading Noble's hotel operating strategy and overseeing Noble's third-party hotel operating relationships and asset performance.
Prior to joining Noble in 1997, Mr. Nicholas held senior roles at PROMUS Hotels before its acquisition by Hilton. He has more than 30 years of hospitality industry experience and began his career in hotel operations.
Mr. Nicholas earned an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a BA in Hotel Administration from Cornell University. He currently serves as a board member for the American Hotel and Lodging Association, is the Past President and member of the Strategic Advisory Council of the Hotel Asset Manager Association, on the executive board of the Georgia Hospitality and Lodging Association (GHLA), and is a member of Georgia State University's Hospitality Industry Board and Wesleyan School's Diversity Board. Mr. Nicholas is also a member of the Advisory Committee for Marriott International, Hilton Hotels, and is a former President and the current Southeast Vice President of the Cornell Hotel Society. He is a member of Noble’s Organizational Responsibility Committee and Volunteering Committee.
LISA SMITH
Senior Vice President
Ms. Smith is senior vice president of asset management.
Prior to joining Noble in 2003, Ms. Smith held numerous roles in hotel sales, marketing, revenue management, and operations. She has more than 25 years of hospitality industry experience.
Ms. Smith earned a BS in Family & Consumer Sciences from Georgia Southern University.
JOHN JIMENEZ
Vice President
Mr. Jimenez is vice president of eCommerce.
Prior to joining Noble in 2012, he has held roles at Marriott International, Pyramid Hotel Group and Interstate Hotels & Resorts. He has more than 15 years of hospitality industry experience.
Mr. Jimenez earned a BS from Moody Bible Institute and an MBA from Augsburg College. He is a current board member for Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International and Marriott’s Digital Franchise Advisory Board.

Ms. Kauble is vice president of asset management.
Prior to joining Noble in 2021, Ms. Kauble held senior operational and revenue leadership roles with McKibbon Hospitality, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, and Marriott International. She has more than 20 years of industry experience.
Ms. Kauble earned a BS from St. Petersburg College and is a member of Noble’s Volunteering Committee.
BRADLEY NELSON

Mr. Nelson is senior director of facilities.
Prior to joining Noble in 2023, Mr. Nelson held roles with Spire Hospitality, Sage Hospitality, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Concord Hospitality. He has more than 30 years of industry experience.
Mr. Nelson earned a BS from Dyke College of Ohio and Ashworth College and has a hospitality facilities executive certification.
MARC DOBER
Senior Director
Mr. Dober is a senior director of asset management.
Prior to joining Noble in 2025, Mr. Dober served as an operating executive at Cerberus Capital Management, where he oversaw performance for a national hotel portfolio. He has more than 30 years of hospitality industry experience and has held leadership roles at Lightstone, RLJ Lodging Trust, and the Goldman Sachs platform, CPG.
Mr. Dober earned a BS from the College of Charleston and holds a certification in hotel real estate and asset management from Cornell University.

Prior to joining Noble in 2025, Mr. Bowes held senior strategy, sales, revenue, and operational roles with Hospitality Investors Trust, Crescent Hotels and Resorts, and Marriott International. He has more than 30 years of industry experience.
Mr. Bowes earned a BS from James Madison University.

Prior to joining Noble in 2022, Mr. Hall held senior asset management and revenue management roles with CorePoint Lodging, LaQuinta by Wyndham, and Extended Stay Hotels. He has more than 20 years of industry experience.
Mr. Hall earned a BS from Wofford College.

Prior to joining Noble in 2026, Mr. Embry served as Regional Director of Operations for Extended Stay America and held numerous leadership roles at WoodSpring Suites. He has more than 20 years of industry experience.
Mr. Embry attended Western Kentucky University.

Prior to joining Noble in 2026, Mr. Mont-Louis held senior facilities and engineering leadership roles with Remington Hospitality, FirstService Residential, French Quarter Hospitality, Magnolia Hotels, and Marriott International. He has more than 30 years of industry experience.
Mr. Mont-Louis earned associate’s degrees from Texas A&M University and Houston City College. He holds a Certified Facility Manager designation and is a LEED Green Associate.
