Noble Hires Tim Bowes as Senior Director of Asset Management and Mark Klawitter as Director of Asset Management

Atlanta, Georgia (June 17, 2025)Noble Investment Group (“Noble”) today announced the addition of Tim Bowes and Mark Klawitter to its asset management leadership team, strengthening the firm’s capabilities as it accelerates the growth and scale of its institutional investment strategies.

Mr. Bowes will help lead asset performance across Noble’s upscale select-service hotel portfolio, partnering with operating teams to implement innovative strategies that unlock value. He brings over 25 years of experience in hospitality operations, revenue optimization, and performance strategy. Most recently, he served at Hospitality Investors Trust, a Brookfield company, and previously held senior roles with Crescent Hotels & Resorts and Marriott International.

Mr. Klawitter will help spearhead execution across Noble’s branded long-term accommodations platform, guiding initiatives that drive revenue, profitability, and operational innovation. Over his 25-year career at Extended Stay America, Mark helped shape one of the nation’s most resilient accommodation models through data-driven execution and hands-on operational leadership.
