Noble proudly welcomes our 2025 Summer Analyst Class—an exceptional group selected from a highly competitive national pool of candidates representing some of the nation’s top universities.

Ronak Lalaji, Chloe Nicholas, and Will Cogen (Wake Forest University); Kiran Procter and George Tindle (University of Georgia); Ella Berman (Vanderbilt University); Sarah Shin and Vasu Patel (Georgia Institute of Technology); Manoli Barris (Boston University); Ethan Patel (University of Miami); and Ayan Dutt (University of California) will join us for a rigorous 10-week program designed to develop the next generation of institutional real estate investors.

Over the summer, these future leaders will work alongside our team to sharpen their technical acumen, gain exposure to our investment strategies, and contribute to value creation across a rapidly evolving travel, hospitality, and living landscape.
