Mr. Williams is chief investment officer with responsibility for leading the investment team that sources and underwrites Noble's value-added investments and the project management team that executes construction management for new developments and re-developments.
Mr. Williams has more than 37 years of hospitality industry experience and has led investment strategy and execution of more than $3 billion in lodging assets. Prior to joining Noble as a partner in 2004, Mr. Williams was a managing principal with Hardin Capital, a joint venture between DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners and Hardin Construction where he led investment and asset management activities. Previously Mr. Williams held senior management positions at Coopers & Lybrand, InterContinental Hotels and Laventhol & Horwath. Mr. Williams began his career in operations at Trusthouse Forte where until 1984 he worked primarily at the Westbury Hotel in New York City and the Sandy Lane Hotel in Barbados, West Indies.
Mr. Williams received B.A. degrees in Business and French from Rutgers University and currently participates on the Hyatt Owners Advisory Board and the Atlanta Midtown Alliance.
