Ms. Benge is vice president, human resources with responsibility for overseeing the organizations team member compensation plans, benefits administration, risk management, leadership development, recruiting and training strategies for the more than 5,000 Noble team members.
 
Over a 25 year career, Ms. Benge has held senior leadership roles for several successful organizations including Park Place Lexus in Plano, Texas which was the recipient of the 2005 Malcolm Baldridge Award.  Ms. Benge has served as a board member for CAP Center in Dallas and has been a member of the Society for Human Resources Management for more than 20 years.
