Mr. Reardon is vice president, sales and marketing with responsibility for executing the sales and marketing initiatives for Noble’s select service hotel portfolio.   He has a proven background in leading hotel sales and marketing strategies that provide strong revenue growth. 

Over his career, Mr. Reardon has held top line sales, positioning and strategy leadership positions – with more than 15 years at Marriott International. He has a proven track record of transforming sales cultures, systems and revenues along with his ability to recognize and create opportunities that have a positive impact on market share and profitability. 

Mr. Reardon received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Tourism Management from North Carolina State University.  He has been awarded numerous industry awards and recognitions throughout his career including Marketing Director of the Year for Marriott International.
