Mr. Conley is a principal and chief financial officer with responsibility for financial administration, audit and compliance for the Noble organization and its institutional real estate funds. He also leads a team responsible for internal and external reporting, treasury operations, risk management, tax, human resources and information technology.
Mr. Conley has more than 37 years of lodging industry experience. Prior to joining Noble as a partner in 2006, he served in several senior financial roles at Wyndham International over a 13 year tenure including senior vice president of finance where he led the financial oversight for nearly 300 hotels, representing $3 billion in revenue. Mr. Conley previously held numerous financial leadership roles at Embassy Suites.
Mr. Conley is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State University and an M.B.A from Southern Methodist University.
