Hyatt Regency Milwaukee Honored for Being a Valuable Member of the Community
The Milwaukee Downtown, Business Improvement District #21 has awarded Noble’s Hyatt Regency Milwaukee with the Downtown Achievement CPR Award. The award recognizes the redevelopment of a downtown building that has maintained or increased jobs as well as enhanced the overall neighborhood. The newly renovated, Hyatt was selected to receive the award for its warm and inviting décor, spaciousness and vibrant energy.
Located in downtown Milwaukee, the 22 story, 483-room Hyatt Regency is connected via a skyway system to the Midwest Airlines Center and is adjacent to the Bradley Center, U.S. Cellular Arena and the Milwaukee Theater. The Hyatt Regency Milwaukee has undergone an extensive $18 million dollar renovation which consisted of completely refurbishing and updating the spacious guest rooms, all public areas and the addition of new food and beverage offerings. Twenty-one luxurious suites provide exceptional comfort and dramatic scenic views of the Milwaukee River complementing the urban setting of downtown Milwaukee. The hotel features 19 meeting rooms and the largest ballroom in Milwaukee, aggregating more than 19,900 square-feet of meeting space. Guests may remain true to their fitness regimen during their stay at the hotel’s newly developed state-of-the-art health club.
The hotel was honored at the Downtown Milwaukee’s Annual Meeting where the group was addressed by Mayor Tom Barrett and County Executive Scott Walker. The group recognizes the efforts of those corporations, individuals and organizations such as the Hyatt Regency, which have gone above and beyond in the revitalization efforts of downtown Milwaukee.
