STEVEN NICHOLAS, CHA

Mr. Nicholas is a principal and executive vice president with responsibility for overseeing asset management for Noble sponsored funds. Mr. Nicholas began his career at Noble in 1997 and prior to his current role, was responsible for the opening and performance of Noble hotels throughout the United States.

Previously, Mr. Nicholas was area manager for Hilton Hotels (formerly PROMUS) after beginning his career overseeing operations for a group of restaurants in Manhattan. He is a member of Marriott International’s Rooms Advisory Committee and former president of the Cornell Hotel School alumni association.

Mr. Nicholas received a B.A. degree from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and received a M.B.A from the Goizuetta Business School at Emory University.
