Mr. Nicholas is a principal with asset management responsibility for Noble’s owned hotels. He has direct responsibility in maximizing value at both the property and portfolio levels by providing in-depth operational strategy and asset management leadership.
Prior to joining Noble in 1997 as vice president of operations with leadership over Noble’s owned hotel portfolio, he was a regional director of operations for PROMUS Hotels, which later became a part of Hilton Hotels International. Mr. Nicholas became a Noble partner in 2003.
He currently serves on the Executive Boards of Hotel Asset Manager Association and the Tourism Development Authority of Georgia and is former Georgia chapter president of the Cornell Hotel Society.
