Mr. Nicholas is a principal and executive vice president with responsibility for building value at both the portfolio and property levels by providing in-depth asset management leadership through property performance, capital improvements and lodging-market operational challenges.  Mr. Nicholas joined Noble as a partner in 1997 and has been a key member of the organization’s leadership team.

Mr. Nicholas is a member of Marriott International’s Rooms Advisory Committee and former president of the Cornell Hotel Society.
