ROBERT (BOB) MRUZ

Organizational Excellence and Human Resources

Mr. Mruz is a senior vice president with responsibility for ensuring the implementation and execution of the organizations quality improvement processes and systems in addition to traditional human resources.

Mr. Mruz utilizes his proven expertise in process redesign/improvement, methodologies and organizational change initiatives to improve and make Noble’s work systems more efficient and successful. He is a leader in the areas of Balance Scorecard Implementation; Strategic Planning; Service Quality Systems; and Management Training and Development.

As a member of the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award for a number of years, Mr. Mruz has reviewed, commented upon, and scored written applications submitted by companies pursuing this national award of business excellence. Previously, Mr. Mruz held senior executive positions at Grand Circle Travel where he was senior vice president of worldwide quality and at ITT Sheraton where as director of Total Quality Management for North America, he was responsible for the development and implementation of a Total Quality Management and Business Excellence system at all levels. Mr. Mruz received a B.S. degree from the University of Rhode Island.
