Mr. Williams is chief investment officer with responsibility for leading the investment team that sources and underwrites Noble’s value-added investments and the project management team that executes developments and re-developments. For more than thirty one years, Mr. Williams has led investment strategy and execution of more than $3 billion in lodging assets.

Prior to joining Noble as a partner in 2004, Mr. Williams was a principal with Hardin Capital, a joint venture between DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners and Hardin Construction, where he led its investment and asset management activities. Mr. Williams has held senior management positions at Coopers & Lybrand, InterContinental Hotels and Laventhol & Horwath. Mr. Williams began his career in operations at Trusthouse Forte, where until 1984 he worked primarily at the Westbury Hotel in New York and the Sandy Lane Hotel in Barbados, West Indies.
