Mr. Williams is a managing principal and chief investment officer of Noble’s lodging private equity funds with responsibility for leading a team that sources, underwrites and closes value-added acquisitions, developments and re-developments. For nearly thirty years, Mr. Williams has led investment strategy and execution of more than $2.5bn in lodging and hospitality-related investments throughout the United States, Asia and Europe.

Prior to joining Noble as a partner in 2004, Mr. Williams was a principal with Hardin Capital, a joint venture entity formed with DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners, where he led its investment and asset management activities. In his career, Mr. Williams has held senior management positions at Coopers & Lybrand, InterContinental Hotels and Laventhol & Horwath. Mr. Williams began his career with Trusthouse Forte, where he worked primarily in operations between the Westbury Hotel in New York and the Sandy Lane Hotel in Barbados, West Indies until 1984.
