RODNEY WILLIAMS
Managing Principal and
Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Williams is a managing principal and chief investment officer with responsibility for leading a team that sources, underwrites and closes on new investments in the company’s private equity funds representing value-added acquisitions, developments and re-developments.

For over twenty-five years, Mr. Williams has led investment strategy and execution of $1.6bn in lodging and hospitality related investments throughout the United States, Asia and Europe. Prior to joining Noble Mr. Williams was a principal with Hardin Capital, a joint venture entity formed with DLJ, where he led investments and asset management. In his career, Mr. Williams has held senior management positions at Coopers & Lybrand, InterContinental Hotels and Laventhol & Horwath. Mr. Williams began his career at the Westbury Hotel in New York City, where he worked primarily in operations between the Westbury in New York and the Sandy Lane Hotel in Barbados, West Indies until 1984. He earned a B.A. degree from Rutgers University.
