Mr. Morse is a managing principal and chief operating officer with responsibility for all lodging, resort, spa and dining operations. Mr. Morse has a successful track record managing hotels in all segments throughout North America and abroad.

Prior to joining Noble as a partner in early 2005, Mr. Morse  was chief operating officer for Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE:IHR) where he was responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s US and international portfolio of more than 330 hotels and resorts and over $2.3 billion in annual revenue.

Previously, he was President (Americas) and executive director of Millennium and Copthorne Hotels, plc, president of Homestead Suites, as well as president of the franchise division of ITT Sheraton Corporation.
