Mr. Morse is chief operating officer. Mr. Morse has a successful year track record of asset managing and operating hotels in all segments throughout North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

Prior to joining Noble as a partner in early 2005, Mr. Morse was chief operating officer for Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Inc. where he was responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s US and international portfolio of more than 330 hotels and resorts and over $2.3 billion in annual revenue.

Previously, he was president of the Americas and executive director of Millennium and Copthorne Hotels, plc, president of Homestead Suites, and president of the franchise division of ITT Sheraton Corporation.

Mr. Morse received a B.S. degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration from the University of Massachusetts where he currently serves on the Board of Visitors for the school of Hotel and Travel Administration.  He has 35 years of lodging sector experience.
