ROBERT (BOB) MORSE
Managing Principal and
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Morse is a managing principal and chief operating officer with responsibility for all lodging, resort, golf, spa and dining operations and for optimizing the organizations balanced scorecard approach with the delivery of resources, processes and practices. Mr. Morse has a successful track record with all asset types in diverse geographies and markets throughout North America and abroad. In his professional career, Mr. Morse has previously served as chief operating officer for Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE:IHR) where he was responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s portfolio of more than 330 hotels and resorts and over $2.3 billion in annual revenue, president, the Americas and executive director of Millennium and Copthorne Hotels, plc, president of the Homestead Suites hotel brand, as well as president of the franchise division for ITT Sheraton Corporation.

He currently serves on the board of trustees for the American Hotel and Lodging Association Educational Foundation and the board of advisors of the Starwood Hotels and Resorts North American Owners Council. Mr. Morse received a B.A degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration from the University of Massachusetts where he currently serves on the Board of Visitors for the school of Restaurant and Travel Administration.
