Mr. Rafuse is a managing principal with responsibility for the execution of Noble’s lodging advisory group. In this regard, Mr. Rafuse has primary responsibility for working with lenders and institutional owners of lodging assets to provide opportunities for Noble’s specialized competencies to add value while also surfacing investment opportunities for Noble’s equity platforms.

Mr. Rafuse also focuses his expertise in finance and complex structuring to work with municipalities and other entities to obtain economic subsidies, tax increment financing and other enhancements which add value to the Firm’s resort, mixed-use, and urban lodging developments.

Prior to joining Noble as a partner in 1999 as its chief financial officer, Mr. Rafuse held senior executive roles with Impac Hotel Group, BMW Wood Technologies, Liuski International and Pratt Industries.
