Mr. Rafuse is chief administrative officer with responsibility for leading Noble’s asset management team that oversees Noble’s hotel operating strategy and performance as well as Noble’s financial/fund administration team.  Mr. Rafuse also focuses his expertise in finance and complex structuring to work with municipalities and other entities to obtain economic subsidies, tax increment financing, and other enhancements, which add value to Noble’s lodging investments.

Prior to joining Noble in 1999 as a partner and chief financial officer, Mr. Rafuse held senior executive roles with Impac Hotel Group, BMW Wood Technologies, Liuski International and Pratt Industries.
