Managing Principal and
Chief Development Officer

Mr. Rafuse is a managing principal and chief development officer with responsibility for the performance execution of the Noble development, design and construction team. Mr. Rafuse utilizes his expertise in finance and complex structuring to work with municipalities and other entities to help provide economic subsidies, tax incremental financing and other enhancements to add value to the organizations investments in resort, mixed use, and urban lodging construction and re-developments.

Mr. Rafuse joined Noble in 1999 as its chief financial officer and previously held senior executive roles with Impac Hotel Group, BMW Wood Technologies, Liuski International and Pratt Industries. He received a B.S. degree in Accounting from Loma Linda College.
