KEVIN GRASS

Development, Design and Construction

Mr. Grass is a principal and executive vice president with responsibility for leading a talented team of experienced development and project management professionals in the execution of construction related projects.  Mr. Grass has leads Noble’s proprietary in house project estimating and management systems that enables asset refresh, major renovation/conversion, and new construction projects to be delivered at the highest level of quality, on schedule and on budget.

In his professional career, Mr. Grass was previously executive vice president for the Winter Construction Company where he led pre-construction services and managed the hospitality division.  Mr. Grass has maintained a leadership role in the construction industry over a twenty-year career in general contracting.

Currently, Mr. Grass is a board member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia and the Construction Education Foundation of Georgia.   He is also a member of the Building Commissioning Association, American Society of Professional Estimators, Professional Construction Estimators of America and the U.S. Green Building Council where he is a LEED accredited professional. Mr. Grass received a B.S. degree in Construction Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
