Ms. Spaulding is a vice president with revenue, sales and marketing responsibility for Noble’s resort division.

Ms. Spaulding has held senior executive roles with Interstate Hotels and Resorts, Millennium Hotels and Resorts and Starwood Hotels, where she had revenue responsibility for owned and managed properties as well as responsibilties for developing sales organizational programs, including sales recruitment, training, motivation, retention and incentive plans.
