Ms. Spaulding is a senior vice president with responsibility for evaluating market feasibility, identifying and quantifying demand drivers, revenue, pricing and yield targets for assets being evaluated by the acquisitions team. She also serves as the marketing liaison between Noble and the hotel brands marketing teams enabling the organization to maximize the value of the brand relationships.

Previously, Ms. Spaulding has held senior executive roles with Interstate Hotels and Resorts, Millennium Hotels and Resorts and Starwood Hotels, where she had revenue responsibility for North America and was instrumental in the training and knowledge building of web-based internet communications for the travel industry.

Ms. Spaulding has been named as one of the industry’s “Most Powerful Women in Travel” by Travel Agent Magazine. She attended Old Dominion University where she studied Business Management.
