Mr. Cooper is a principal and executive vice president with responsibility for concept design, development programming, brand mandated product improvement guidelines, and strategic planning that facilitates the physical assessment and execution of new investment opportunities.

Mr. Cooper joined the Noble organization as a partner in 2003 when Noble acquired Stormont Development. Under Mr. Cooper’s leadership, Noble and its predecessors have successfully developed more than $1.5 billion in first class hotels, conference centers, and resorts - most of them with financial investments.
