Mr. Cooper is a principal and executive vice president with responsibility for concept design, development strategy and planning that facilitates the assessment of investment opportunities for the Noble organization.

The development planning phase is a significant precursor to a successful execution of highly complex new development and re-developments which help enable superior risk adjusted returns.

Under Mr. Cooper’s leadership, Noble and its predecessors have successfully developed over $1.5bn in first class hotels, conference centers, and resorts. He received a B.S. degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University.
