Mr. Conley is a managing principal and chief financial officer with responsibility for financial administration and compliance for the Noble organization and its institutional real estate lodging funds as well as internal and external reporting. He is also responsible for the treasury, risk and tax functions, and analysis and compliance.

Prior to joining Noble in 2006 as a partner, Mr. Conley was the senior vice president of hotel finance for Wyndham International, where he led the financial function and oversight of all 287 hotels in the company’s portfolio, representing over $3bn in revenue.

Mr. Conley joined the hospitality industry in 1979 as a night manager and worked his way up through the industry as a hands on, operations focused accounting and financial leader.
