JAMES (JIM) CONLEY, JR.
Managing Principal and
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Conley is a managing principal and chief financial officer with responsibility for financial administration and compliance for the Noble organization as well as internal and external reporting. He is also responsible for financial planning and analysis to assist management with understanding financial decisions, monitoring and improving performance and compliance. Prior to joining Noble, for thirteen years, Mr. Conley was the senior vice president of hotel finance for Wyndham International, where he led the financial function and oversight for all hotels in the company’s portfolio from a peak of 287 hotels representing over $3bn in revenue until the sale of the company.

Mr. Conley joined the hospitality industry in 1979 as a night manager and worked his way up through the industry as a hands on, operations focused accounting and financial leader. He received a B.S. degree in Accounting from Arizona State University and a M.B.A from Southern Methodist University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
