Mr. Conley is chief financial officer with responsibility for financial administration and audit and compliance for the Noble organization and its institutional private equity funds. He also leads a team responsible for internal and external reporting, treasury, risk and tax functions.

Prior to joining Noble in 2006 as a partner, he was the senior vice president of hotel finance for Wyndham International, where he led the treasury function and oversight for nearly 300 hotels in the company’s portfolio which represented over $3 billion in revenue.

Mr. Conley joined the hospitality industry in 1979 as a night manager and worked his way up through the industry as a hands on, operations focused financial leader.
