DAVE WEYMER

Mr. Weymer is a managing principal of Noble, responsible for overseeing capital markets, investor relations and legal affairs and is a member of the Management and Investment Committee. Mr. Weymer has a broad and diverse background in real estate finance, acquisitions and dispositions, and legal matters.

Prior to joining Noble at the formation of Noble Hospitality Fund, LLC, Mr. Weymer was a managing director at Thayer Lodging where he was responsible for securing approximately $1.8 billion in debt placements, closing $1.7 billion in acquisition and leading the successful sales of over $1.8 billion in assets. Mr. Weymer also served as assistant general counsel for Prime Retail, a publicly traded outlet mall developer and senior counsel for United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company, with responsibility for legal matters on a diversified $1 billion real estate portfolio. Mr. Weymer began his career as a real estate attorney for Piper & Marbury with emphasis on national real estate finance and development transactions.

Mr. Weymer received a B.A. in History from Wake Forest University (magna cum laude) and a J.D. from the University of Baltimore (summa cum laude). Mr. Weymer is a member of the ABA, ULI, and is active in various local organizations and boards.
