Mr. Weymer is a managing principal and general counsel of Noble, responsible for overseeing capital markets, investor relations and legal affairs. Mr. Weymer has a broad and diverse background in real estate finance, acquisitions and dispositions, and legal matters.

Prior to joining Noble as a partner in early 2007, Mr. Weymer was a managing director at Thayer Lodging where he was responsible for securing approximately $1.8 billion in debt placements, closing $1.7 billion in acquisitions and leading the successful sale of over $1.8 billion in assets. Mr. Weymer also served as assistant general counsel for Prime Retail, a publicly traded outlet mall developer and senior counsel for United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company, with responsibility for legal matters on a diversified $1bn real estate portfolio.

Mr. Weymer began his career as a real estate attorney for Piper & Marbury with emphasis on national real estate finance and development transactions.
