Mr. Kemp is a vice president with responsibility for overseeing team member loyalty strategies,compensation plans, benefits administration, risk management, management development, recruiting and training strategies for the organizations jresort operations.

Prior to joining the Noble organization in 2004, Mr. Kemp held senior leadership human resouce roles for Waterford Hotel Group, Five Star Food Service, Inc., and Compass Group, U.S.A.  Mr. Kemp has served as a board member for the Connecticut Lodging Association as well as for the Society for Human Resources Management.
