Mr. Kemp is a vice president with responsibility for overseeing the organizations team member loyalty strategies as the safeguard for compensation plans, benefits administration, risk management, management development, recruiting and training strategies for more than 5,000 Noble team members.
Previously over a 15 year career, Mr. Kemp has held senior leadership roles in the field of human resources for Waterford Hotel Group, Five Star Food Service, Inc., and Compass Group, U.S.A. Mr. Kemp has served as a board member for the Connecticut Lodging Association as well as for the Society for Human Resources Management.
Mr. Kemp received M.B.A course credits in Human Resources Management from Loyola University Chicago and a B.S. in Human Resources Management & Development from the University of Connecticut.
