Mr. Oswald is a vice president with responsibility for the day to day oversight for a portfolio of Noble hotels. Previously, he was a regional operations manager for Noble’s Florida region where he consistently achieved strong results across the organization’s balanced scorecard metrics and earned numerous brand and management company accolades.

Prior to joining Noble in 2003, Mr. Oswald held various leadership roles with Winegardner & Hammons and Hyatt where he was awarded numerous accolades for outstanding performance.

With over 20 years of hospitality management experience,  including franchise experience with Hilton, Marriott, Starwood, Hyatt and IHG, Mr. Oswald is knowledgeable in all phases of hotel operations from concept to opening, budget process, revenue planning, execution and long term financial planning.
