Mr. Oswald is a vice president with responsibility for the day to day oversight for a portfolio of premium branded mid-scale hotels. Previously, he was a regional operations manager for Noble’s Florida region where he consistently achieved strong results across the organization’s balanced scorecard metrics.

Previously, Mr. Oswald held various leadership roles with Winegardner and Hammons where he was awarded numerous accolades for outstanding performance.  Mr. Oswald received a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida.
