Mr. Brunt is a principal with responsibility for sourcing and underwriting lodging and hospitality investments encompassing asset and debt acquisitions, market and investment analysis, new development opportunities, and brand positioning.

Prior to joining Noble as a partner in 2005, he was vice president of investments and development at Songy Partners and a senior member of the investment team at Hardin Capital. Mr. Brunt began his career in hospitality as an operations analyst for Homestead Suites and later gained experience in the field as a multi-unit property manager. He is a former professional violinist and spent two years as a member of the Memphis Symphony Orchestra.
