Mr. Brunt is a principal and executive vice president with responsibility for sourcing and underwriting hospitality investments encompassing acquisitions, urban and mixed use development, market and investment analysis, and brand positioning.

In his professional career, previously Mr. Brunt held senior management positions at Songy Hospitality Partners, Hardin Capital and Homestead Village where he had responsibilities for acquisitions and development, as well reporting and analysis. Mr. Brunt began his career in hospitality as a multi-unit property manager after earning a B.A. degree from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
