Founded in 1993, the Noble organization is comprised of strategic business units that specialize in the lodging and hospitality real estate sector. Noble's overarching mission is to be the most respected hospitality organization in the United States, as measured by the loyalty of our team members, our customers, our financial stakeholders and the communities in which we live and operate.
Through its private equity real estate funds, Noble Investment Group is a value-added, active investor in hotels and resorts throughout the United States. Since inception, Noble has realized premium, risk-adjusted returns while investing more than $1 billion in the lodging sector. The organization's current discretionary private equity fund represents $310 million of equity commitments.
Noble Management Group, the organizations award winning operating division, currently manages more than 9,000 hotel and resort guest rooms throughout the United States which are affiliated with Marriott, Hyatt, Starwood, Hilton, and InterContinental Hotels Group. In addition, Noble Management Group operates convention and conference centers with more than 1 million sq. ft. of meeting space, day and resort spas, upscale restaurants, and is a franchisee of Starbucks Coffee retail stores.
Noble Development Group, the organizations value-added project management team, leads the planning, programming, construction management and realization of complex lodging renovation, re-development, and conversion strategies. Noble Development Group has completed approximately $2 billion of urban, resort and mixed-use hospitality projects throughout North America.
Noble Lodging Advisors, the organizations institutional advisory, asset management and capital markets team, utilizes the financial resources of Noble Investment Group and/or the value-added competencies of Noble Management Group and Noble Development Group to help balance sheet lenders, special servicers, the FDIC, and other institutions, find accretive solutions to their lodging investments.
